On the morning of November 21, 2023, KLC Service – A member of KLC Group, officially opened the “Mua nuoc noi” restaurant at 54 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant carries the mission of showcasing traditional culinary traits and preserving the specialties of ancient Southern Vietnam, aiming to provide diners with an authentic culinary experience.

Initial dissemination of the essence of cuisine from the Nine Provinces
The grand opening was attended by the Leadership Board of KLC Group, the CEO of KLC Service, restaurant management officials, the leadership of subsidiary companies within the ecosystem, along with a large number of esteemed guests and media representatives.
During the ceremony, Mr. Luong The Anh – CEO of KLC Service, emphasized the importance of conserving and promoting the values of traditional cuisine. He stated, “Southern Southwest cuisine is a distinctive cultural trait of the Vietnamese people, rich in ingredients and cooking methods. Therefore, the “Mua nuoc noi” restaurant is opened with the mission of reviving the ancient Southern Vietnamese dishes, providing diners with unforgettable culinary experiences.”
To materialize this goal, KLC Service has invested $5 million in the “Mua nuoc noi” restaurant chain. Mr. Luong The Anh stated that with strong financial resources and the support of customers, KLC Service plans to expand the Floating Season restaurant chain nationwide and to Singapore in 2024.
At the event, guests enjoyed characteristic dishes of the Southern Southwest prepared by the “Mua nuoc noi” restaurant. The dishes were made from fresh, high-quality ingredients, following the traditional flavors of the region.
Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the “Mua nuoc noi” restaurant is strategically positioned to attract both domestic and international customers. It serves as a cultural culinary exchange point between diners from the Southern Southwest region and international visitors, contributing to promoting Southern cuisine to international friends.
The “Mua nuoc noi” restaurant offers a diverse menu with nearly 100 characteristic dishes from the river-based Southwest, prepared by an experienced team of chefs. Some notable dishes include: Mua nuoc noi spring rolls, Linh fish sour soup with wild flowers, grilled snakehead fish with me fruit and forest vegetables, banana flower duck curry, clay-pot braised chicken with Ô Thum soil, crispy coconut duck meat pancakes, etc.
Especially, the restaurant also boasts spacious and airy settings, designed with a strong sense of the Mekong Delta’s culture and the familiar brown color of ancient Southern houses. With thatched roofs and coconut trees casting shadows on lotus ponds, the meticulously designed kitchen area with mud stoves and neatly arranged eggplant and tomato trellises in front… all create a feeling for diners as if they are in the heart of a Southern rural area.
