Reflecting on 2024, I take great pride in saying that KLC Group has overcome numerous challenges and achieved significant milestones. While our profits doubled compared to 2023, they have not yet fully met our expectations. However, what truly satisfies us is the increasing recognition and value of the KLC brand.
We continuously seek new opportunities, expand our operational fields, and break into high-potential markets like the U.S. and Australia. In agriculture, KLC Agri has successfully distributed high-quality products such as bananas, dragon fruit, coffee, and seedless watermelons across major supermarket chains. Our import-export division has also made a breakthrough, with products like rice, instant noodles, and fish sauce gaining traction in demanding markets such as Europe.
In real estate, Stareal has focused on expanding strategic partnerships, enhancing its workforce, and strengthening specialized training. These foundational steps will pave the way for KLC Group’s ambitious “takeoff” in 2025.
2. Human resources are considered the key to a business’s sustainable strength. How has KLC Group prepared its workforce for achieving major goals in 2025?
KLC Group proudly operates a vast ecosystem of 12 subsidiaries, employing nearly 300 talented individuals. Among them, 20% hold senior and mid-level management positions, comprising experienced, resilient professionals who constantly innovate their mindset. It is this unity and shared vision that have empowered us to overcome challenges and pursue even greater goals.
2024 was a crucial year in building a strong foundation and implementing long-term sustainable strategies, setting the stage for a powerful leap forward. I firmly believe that with our readiness to embrace challenges and our aspirations for expansion, KLC Group will continue to establish its prominence regionally and globally.
3. With an ambitious vision and strategic outlook, what are KLC Group’s key objectives and aspirations for 2025?
2024 served as a pivotal year for KLC Group’s accelerated growth. Our vision remains steadfast: to develop a sustainable brand, triple revenue compared to 2024, and further engrain Vietnamese values in the global market.
We aim to expand our ecosystem in key markets such as the U.S. and Australia while gradually introducing KLC-branded products to even the most demanding markets, such as the EU. The path ahead is challenging, but we firmly believe that with perseverance, dedication in every product and service, and collective commitment, we will turn our vision into reality.
Domestically, KLC will continue expanding its agricultural areas and integrating high technology to ensure product quality meets international standards. This will help establish a strong brand identity for key product lines such as fish sauce, rice, and tropical fruits. Additionally, we plan to collaborate with global strategic partners to launch a cross-border e-commerce platform, connecting consumers worldwide with authentic Vietnamese products.
A critical part of our strategy is ramping up the production of biomass grass pellets—an energy solution that aligns with sustainable environmental and social responsibility commitments. Meanwhile, trade and export will remain our focal points, with continued expansion in agricultural and seafood exports while importing high-quality products such as dairy and fruit to serve the Vietnamese market.
For Stareal, the “flagship” of our ecosystem, the goal is to become a reputable real estate developer known for innovation and high-quality projects that enhance community living standards.
However, beyond revenue targets and market expansion, our core philosophy remains rooted in humanity: we do business not just for profit but to serve society and create sustainable value for future generations. 4. What concrete action plans has KLC Group set in motion to achieve its ambitious 2025 goals, and what groundbreaking steps will distinguish the Group?
First and foremost, we prioritize optimizing our human resources. Instead of increasing the workforce size, we focus on improving quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. A streamlined, professional, and highly efficient team will be the backbone for executing our strategic plans.
We are also undergoing a comprehensive restructuring, engaging in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with partners aligned with KLC Group’s existing ecosystem. This is a strategic move to strengthen internal capabilities, create synergies, and expand our competitive edge in the global market.
In terms of technology, KLC Group is intensifying its adoption of advanced tech solutions in both production and business operations. We are digitizing infrastructure and management systems to minimize paperwork, simplify processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Furthermore, KLC Group is expanding its market reach and customer base domestically and internationally. We are also diversifying our product and service portfolio to deliver outstanding value that meets the evolving needs of consumers.

Over the next 3–5 years, KLC Group is poised to become a leading multi-sector investment conglomerate committed to sustainable development.
In real estate, we aspire to be a distinguished developer known for high-quality, innovative, and sustainable projects. Our Stareal division is well-equipped to create groundbreaking developments that redefine modern living spaces.
In finance, KLC Group actively engages in open-ended funds and investment activities both in Vietnam and internationally. This diversification allows us to optimize investment value and establish a solid foundation for long-term growth.
Trade remains one of our core pillars, with the strategic objective of building the KLC brand in the EU, U.S., and Australia. We plan to integrate end-to-end production processes—from sourcing raw materials and operating factories to direct distribution—ensuring consistent quality and competitive advantage in international markets.
Our high-tech agricultural initiative, in collaboration with KLC Agri and KLC Tech, will continue expanding farming areas and setting up production facilities in Bình Thuận. The biomass grass pellet product is tailored to international demand while promoting environmental sustainability, aligning with the Group’s long-term green strategy.
In hospitality, KLC Hospitality plans to expand the Mùa Nước Nổi restaurant chain to major cities and develop the KLC Holidays hotel brand in top tourist destinations. We also have ambitions to establish luxury resorts in Phan Thiết, where cultural and natural elements converge for an exceptional hospitality experience.
