It is known that in the fourth quarter of 2023, Nam Long will bring products with very competitive prices and values to the market. For example, more than 500 EHome Southgate apartments (Long An), priced from 1 billion VND/unit; 1,602 units of the Nam Long II Central Lake project (Can Tho) priced from 600 million VND/unit; independent apartment products at the Akari City and Mizuki Park projects (Ho Chi Minh City) with “affordable” prices of around 3 billion VND/unit; villa products priced from 12 billion VND/unit in the integrated urban area with a system of high-class utilities, Waterpoint.
A representative of Nam Long stated: “The products of Nam Long currently introduced to the market have received very positive feedback from customers with real needs. For example, the recent sale of Flora Akari apartments received very good signals from the market. In the next three years, we will bring more than 16,000 products to the market, focusing on key projects and urban areas such as 8.5-hectare Akari City, 26-hectare Mizuki Park, 355-hectare Waterpoint, 170-hectare Izumi City, 45-hectare Paragon Dai Phuoc…”
