There’s a saying, “Everyone deserves to be happy,” and for me, happiness is present in life and the work you are doing at the “second home” where you spend one-third of your day – at KLC Group
.
In August 2023, we were honored to receive the “Best Working Environment” award – ASEAN Top Brands Award 2023. This is evidence of a proper and firm direction as KLC Group pursues the philosophy of building a happy business where every employee is cared for and listened to have the most positive and happy work experiences.
The Group also focuses on investing in the comprehensive development of individuals, establishing a training center to enhance employee skills because the leadership understands that people are a source of strength, an essential foundation for the business.
At the same time, the Group is committed to ensuring a balance between work and life through the best salary policies, bonuses, and benefits. Despite many businesses’ economic challenges this year, KLC successfully organized the Team Building program in Da Lat, creating a cohesive atmosphere and helping renew positive energies after a stressful working year.
And I believe that “Happiness is not a destination, but happiness is a journey.” Only happy people can create a happy environment. A comfortable environment will make a positive working space, motivating you to develop and contribute to the company’s success.
