On the morning of October 19, 2024, at the headquarters of KLC Group in District 1, the Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the KLC Group Trade Union, organized a celebration for Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20th under the theme: “Celebrating Her Month – Sending a Thousand Affections.” This special occasion honored the invaluable contributions of KLC’s women throughout the company’s journey while serving as a heartfelt tribute to these remarkable individuals who continuously dedicate themselves and spread a spirit of strength and passion.
In a joyful and heartfelt atmosphere, KLC Group’s leadership presented meaningful gifts to all the wonderful women of the KLC family. Each gift carried deep gratitude and appreciation from the leadership, symbolizing their recognition of the relentless efforts and dedication of KLC’s female employees. Additionally, the KLC Group Trade Union Executive Committee also prepared special gifts for female trade union members—these beautiful flowers who have remained dedicated and actively contributed to the organization’s activities.
During the event, Mr. Lê Thanh Phong, President of the KLC Group Trade Union, expressed his deep gratitude to all the women of KLC, particularly the female trade union members. He shared,

In addition to celebrating Vietnamese Women’s Day, the Trade Union also organized a birthday celebration for members born in Q3 of 2024. The intimate yet joyful gathering fostered camaraderie among trade union members, reinforcing the close-knit culture at KLC. Each birthday gift carried not only well wishes but also encouragement from the Trade Union Executive Committee, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to employee well-being.
