Mùa Nước Nổi Accompanies TheRES24 at Taste Vietnam


On November 27, 2024, Mùa Nước Nổi was honored to participate in Taste Vietnam, a key event within TheRESTAURANT Leadership 2024 (TheRES24)—Vietnam’s premier summit in the restaurant and culinary business sector. With the presence of Ms. Đặng Thị Hương Giang, Deputy General Director of KLC Group, alongside the restaurant’s team, Mùa Nước Nổi brought a vibrant showcase of Western Mekong Delta cuisine, reflecting the richness of Vietnam’s culinary heritage.

TheRESTAURANT Leadership 2024 (TheRES24) is a large-scale event organized by the Vietnamese Food & Beverage Ecosystem (VFBE) in collaboration with Van Lang University (VLU), the World Food Travel Association (WFTA), and other renowned domestic and international partners. More than just a strategic forum discussing the development of Vietnam’s culinary industry, the event serves as a platform to celebrate and preserve the country’s rich culinary heritage.

 

 

Among the highlights of TheRES24, Taste Vietnam stands out as a signature event where prestigious restaurant brands introduce iconic dishes, contributing to the global promotion of Vietnam’s culinary excellence.

 

 

At the event, Mùa Nước Nổi presented two signature Mekong Delta dishes: Grilled Pork Sausage with Fine Rice Vermicelli (Nem Nướng Bánh Hỏi), Savory Steamed Rice Cake (Bánh Đúc Mặn).
