To celebrate the 7th anniversary of the Group and to contribute to enhancing sports spirit, fostering health, and fostering team cohesion among members, KLC Group officially organizes the KLC Olympic 2024 sports event with the theme “The Power of Connection – Leading the Way to Success,” as follows:

• Event Schedule: From 06:00 to 11:00 on March 30, 2024
• Venue: District 8 Stadium, 19 Duong Quang Dong, Ward 5, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.

Following the enthusiastic atmosphere of the members on the eve of the upcoming largest sports event of the year, the organizing committee provides detailed information on the competition categories within the framework of KLC Olympic 2024:

Individual Events:

Track and Field: Women’s 800m individual run; Men’s 800m individual run.

Team Events:

Track and Field: 1200m relay race; Archery; Tug of war.

Super Cup Match KLC Group 2024: KLC Group FC & Phu Long FC

| TRACK & 

Individual Competition Format:

• Women’s 800m individual run is open to all female employees of the Group.
• Men’s 800m individual run is open to all male employees of the Group.
• Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place in each event.

Team Competition Format:

1200m relay race

• 5 teams will compete, each team will have 6 athletes (3 males, 3 females).
• Each athlete runs 200m.
• The team with the last athlete crossing the finish line first will win..

Scoring Method:

• Points will be awarded based on the finishing order of the last athlete from each team: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th.
• Points will be added to those from other team sports to determine the overall winner.
  • 1st Prize: 50 points
  • 2nd Prize: 40 points
  • 3rd Prize: 30 points
  • 4th Prize: 20 points
  • 5th Prize: 10 points

| ARCHERY 

Competition Format:

• Each team will send 20 athletes.
• Each athlete will have 2 practice shots and 3 official shots.
• The team with the highest total points in archery will win.

Scoring Method:

• Points will be updated by referees based on the points on the target and totaled for each team.
• The rankings will then determine the distribution of points.
  • 1st Prize: 50 points
  • 2nd Prize: 40 points
  • 3rd Prize: 30 points
  • 4th Prize: 20 points
  • 5th Prize: 10 points

   

| TUG OF WAR

Competition Format:

• 5 teams will compete in a round-robin format (each team plays 4 matches).
• Each team will have 10 athletes (members can be changed after each game).
• The team that pulls the opposing team across the line first wins.

Scoring Method:

• Each win is worth 5 points, each loss is worth 2 points.
• The total points will be calculated after 4 matches and converted into overall points.
  • 1st Prize: 50 points
  • 2nd Prize: 40 points
  • 3rd Prize: 30 points
  • 4th Prize: 20 points
  • 5th Prize: 10 points

| FOOTBALL 

Match Rules:

• 11-a-side match. Each team has 20 players.
• Each half lasts 30 minutes.
• Unlimited substitutions.
• Penalty shootouts if the score is tied after 2 official halves.
• FIFA soccer rules apply.

There will be 5 prizes in the team category:

• 1 first prize
• 1 second prize
• 1 third prize
• 2 encouragement prizes.

In the individual category, points will be awarded based on the finishing order of the men’s and women’s 800m individual runs with 3 prizes:

• 1 first prize
• 1 second prize
• 1 third prize

In the football category, there will be 2 prizes:

• First Prize for men’s soccer
• Second Prize for men’s soccer

Note: These scores are separate from the scores of the team events.
