On April 2, 2024, STAREAL officially participated in the Kick-off event for the Ho Chi Minh City regional sales agent system, themed “Synergy,” organized by the investor Nam Long. This event aimed to connect Nam Long’s strategic distribution agent system, honor outstanding agents, energize the sales team, and prepare for the business plans of 2024.

The ceremony was attended by the leadership team along with the dynamic and enthusiastic sales force of STAREAL and hundreds of sales specialists from the network of 12 F1 distributors of Nam Long’s products.

Amidst the energetic and inspiring atmosphere of the event, STAREAL had the opportunity to connect with and meet the agents in the distribution system and update the latest information about the Akari City project.

At the event, representatives of the investor shared plans for sales in 2024 and preferential policies for Akari City – one of the key projects currently being vigorously implemented by Nam Long. In particular, Nam Long has announced preferential sales policies to help customers easily own quality homes at the most competitive prices in the market.

“1-0-2” Policy accompanying homebuyers

Akari City is a project developed by Nam Long and two experienced Japanese partners with over 100 years of experience: Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad. The project covers an area of 8.5 hectares, located on Vo Van Kiet Boulevard (Binh Tan District), supplying over 5,000 products to the market. Phase 1 of the project has been handed over since the end of 2021, welcoming nearly 2,000 families for settling. The 4 towers of Akari City in Phase 2 will be handed over by the end of this year.
