On March 26, 2024, KLC Group successfully organized the 2024 Labor Conference at the KLC building, District 1. The conference was honored to welcome representatives from the District Labor Union of Nha Be, the Group’s leadership, PnL companies, the Group’s Labor Union, and nearly 40 worker representatives representing the Group’s employees.
The conference served as an opportunity for the KLC Group’s leadership to meet and listen to the opinions of the labor force, as well as to provide information on the implementation of agency tasks in 2023 and the directions and plans for activities in 2024. Over the past year, the Group has achieved impressive results, with revenue and profits growing compared to last year.
Additionally, the report summarizing the trade union activities and labor work in 2023 presented at the conference highlighted the remarkable achievements that the Group has made in caring for workers’ lives. Specifically, despite the difficult economic period, the Group has still effectively implemented policies regarding wages, social insurance, labor welfare, etc. Furthermore, the Group regularly organizes cultural and sports activities to enhance the spiritual lives of workers.
Mr. Le Thanh Phong – Chairman of the KLC Group Trade Union, highlighted the outstanding activities in labor care over the past year. He also outlined the directions and critical tasks for the trade union’s activities in 2024, focusing on improving the quality of activities, consolidating the position of the trade union, protecting the rights, and improving the workers’ lives.
In addition, the conference discussed and agreed on the key objectives and tasks in trade union and labor work in 2024. Some important topics focused on include strengthening propaganda work, highlighting the advantages of union members compared to regular workers, improving the quality of union activities, promoting the movement of praising excellent workers and rewarding individuals with outstanding achievements, and caring for workers’ personal lives and children.
The District Labor Union of Nha Be also praised the KLC Group’s achievements in trade union and labor activities. Moreover, they hope that the Group will continue to care for and create the best conditions for workers to work comfortably and contribute to the overall development of the Group.
The 2024 Labor Conference of KLC Group was a great success, demonstrating the solidarity and cohesion between the Group’s leadership and its employees. This motivates KLC Group to continue to develop even stronger in the future.
