On the afternoon of March 7, 2024, to express gratitude for the significant contributions and care for the spiritual lives of female employees of the Group, the HR Department, in collaboration with the KLC Group Labor Union, organized an intimate party for the ladies with the theme “Half the World – Wholehearted Love” at the Mua Nuoc Noi Restaurant, District 1.
The event was attended by the leadership team, the Group’s Labor Union, and nearly 100 beautiful ladies from the KLC Group. The program took place in a warm atmosphere, full of joy and jubilation. Under the theme “Half the World – Wholehearted Love,” the party expressed appreciation and honor for women’s great values while providing the ladies an opportunity to socialize, bond, and enjoy moments of relaxation after hours of work at the office.
Representing the KLC Group Labor Union, Mr. Le Thanh Phong – Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Labor Union, delivered a meaningful congratulatory speech, highlighting the critical role of women in families and society while expressing gratitude for the contributions of female officers and employees of the KLC Group to the development of the corporation.
In addition, the KLC Group presented meaningful gifts to female officers and employees as a token of appreciation for their contributions over the years. At the same time, the Group’s Labor Union also presented bouquets of fresh flowers and best wishes to the beautiful flowers in KLC families.
On the morning of March 8, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, on behalf of the KLC Group Labor Union Executive Committee, Mr. Le Thanh Phong – Chairman of the Labor Union, and Mr. Nguyen Duy Tuan – Vice Chairman of the Labor Union, also sent their best wishes to female members and presented gifts to 27 female members actively involved in the Union. This small gift demonstrates the care and recognition of the Union for the contributions of the ladies in the Union’s work.
On the development journey of the KLC Group in recent years, female employees have made significant contributions. Despite different ages, professional fields, and positions, the ladies all share enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, reliability, and skillfulness to balance social work and family responsibilities.
