On the morning of November 20, 2023, at Dragon Hill – 15A Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, KLC Group held the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the inauguration of the KLC Training Center. This event marks a significant advancement in enhancing the skills, integration, and specialization for the staff within the group.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Duc Tri – Dean of the Tourism Institute at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics; Mr. Le Minh Thanh – Former Head of the Tourism Department at Van Lang University; Ms. Tran Bich Nga – Head of the Strategic Department at KLC Group; and Ms. Bui Nguyen Tran Khoi Nguyen – Deputy Head of Human Resources Development Department at KLC Group.
The group’s leadership performed the ceremonial ribbon-cutting. Speaking at the event, representative of BOD at KLC Group, stated: “The KLC Group Training Center is established with the goal of enhancing the quality of human resources within the group and its subsidiaries. The center will be a hub for sharing knowledge, skills, and essential experiences for employees, helping them develop comprehensively and forming an agile team to propel KLC Group forward.”
The KLC Training Center spans an area of 500m2, accommodating up to 100 people, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing favorable conditions for conducting high-quality training sessions and specialized seminars.
The primary goal of the center is to implement in-depth training, share information on key projects for the specialized team at STAREAL, while focusing on integration and skill enhancement for all employees of the KLC Group and its subsidiaries.
Additionally, the investment in establishing the KLC Group Training Center demonstrates the group’s commitment to developing human resources, indicating a right direction in line with the principle of “Putting people at the center of all activities.” The group consistently emphasizes investing in training, enhancing professional competence and skills for employees to meet the demands of business development in this era of integration.
