[KLC Hospitality] KLC Hospitality implements annual training to enhance professionalism and apperance in the hospitality industry


On the afternoon of March 21, 2024, KLC Hospitality successfully organized its annual training program to enhance the demeanor and appearance of the restaurant and hotel industry for over 40 employees at Mua Nuoc Noi – KLC Hospitality’s restaurant system. Two experienced experts conducted the training session: Mr. Dang Huu Thoai – Lecturer at the University of Finance and Marketing, and Ms. Lu Thi Thu Nguyet – Lecturer at Novotel Saigon Centre Hotel.

Elevating service standards toward sophistication

During the training session, Mr. Dang Huu Thoai shared in-depth knowledge about the importance of building a professional image in the service industry. With practical experience in the hotel industry, Ms. Lu Thi Thu Nguyet also analyzed practical communication skills, professional problem-solving techniques, and appropriate customer interaction.
