For KLC Group, the Group always cherishes the months spent together with all employees, whether short or long. Therefore, with the desire to express feelings through words, the organizing committee has initiated the “KLC Sharing Together” contest. This is an opportunity for all of us to sit down, write our thoughts, feelings, and sentiments for each other during this period.
1.Participants:
All team leaders and employees listed to participate in the Team Building event.
2. Timeline:
The organizing committee accepts contest entries from November 13, 2023, to 5:00 PM on December 11, 2023.
Contest Theme: Participants can choose from the following themes:
- Share personal stories and memories during the time working at the Group/Company.
- Share perceptions of the working environment, colleagues, leadership, etc.
- Share ideas and innovations to develop the Group/Company.
3. Submission Guidelines:
- Participants submit their writings to the organizing committee via email: klc.sharing@klcgroup.vn
- The maximum length of the article is 500 words or one A4 page.
- Contest entries should be in Word or PDF format attached to the email.
- The email subject must contain complete information in the following order: Company/Department/Division/Participant’s Name.
- Example: KLC_Strategy Department_Communications Division_Nguyen Van A Stareal_Business Floor 1_Division 3_Nguyen Van B
4. Judging Panel:
A high-quality judging panel will provide the fairest and most just results for the contest, including:
- Mr. Bui Xuan Phong – Deputy General Director of Group Operations
- Ms. Tran Bich Nga – Head of the Strategy Department
- Mr. Nguyen Duy Tuan – Head of Communications – External Relations Department
- Ms. Bui Nguyen Tran Khoi Nguyen – HR and Administration Department concurrently Public Relations and Internal Communications Department
5. Scoring Method:
- Preliminary round: The organizing committee receives and reviews the entries, then selects the top 5 emotional letters to announce during the Gala Dinner on December 18, 2023.
- Final round: The top 3 best letters will be selected and awarded during the Gala Dinner.
6. Prizes: Three new-generation AirPods Pro for the top 3 best letters.
The organizing committee hopes to receive enthusiastic participation, bringing in meaningful entries and stories to make the KLC Group’s Team Building 2023 event truly memorable.
